Emma User Internal DKIM Requirements

We're learning the ropes here at my company, and don't have internal IT (outside contractor) ability. That said, we learned a year or so ago about ensuring a correct SPF record and updating it as necessary. I was just reading this article: https://support.myemma.com/Emma_resources/Help_articles/lets-talk-about-email-delivery-at-emma and see reference to DKIM. Is this something we need to handle on our side like SPF? What should Emma clients know about DKIM?

Thanks,
Darcy

Hi Darcy! Our Delivery Team put together some DKIM info on this Resource Center page, if you’d like to check it out. Let me know if you have any questions from there!

Ack, sorry about that! We automatically sign every email, so you won’t need to make any changes. Signing with DKIM does not bypass any spam filtering process; it simply validates the sender of the email and allows for a domain-based reputation. Are there any specific DKIM questions you have beyond this? I’m glad to consult our Delivery Team, if you do.
