Hi! We don't usually know how long it will take to fix an issue, but I have been able to log back into my own account and access other accounts, too. Want to give it another go on your end?

Hello! I just got word that all is well again. We had a short period of high load that caused slowness in the app and navigation errors for many of you. Our Systems Team quickly jumped into action, and the load has returned to normal levels.
