Entering audience members address with .lighting instead of .com gets an error message asking for a valid email address. These addresses with .lighting are valid when sending via regular email apps. Is there a workaround in Emma?

Hi there -- This is a very timely question. :) Our development team is beginning the work next week to allow accounts to be created with these newer domains. The problem is currently caused by email address validation that was created before these newer, longer domains became available. There is no current workaround, and we are working quickly to resolve the issue.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled I'm trying to setup a new account under our agency and it won't accept the email,....

It's throwing a validation error because it doesn't like the TLD .rentals, but fortunately that TLD is 100% valid.  Emma, when can you fix this?  You need to be able to accept all of these new TLDs.  In the meantime I can't sign up this customer.

Hi again -- Our developers just made some changes so that your Emma audience can support custom domains and domains longer than 6 characters like the ones you've listed above. You can now add contacts with custom domains both manually using the add button and through an import.
