Error 500 on Sign up form's Thank you page

I created a sign up form using my ECOS account, and filled out the accompanying Thank you page. However, when I go to the form (https://app.e2ma.net/app2/audience/signup/1809547/1763204/) and fill it out, I get an Error 500. "Oops, that wasn't supposed to happen.
We're sorry, something unexpected happened and your request could not be completed. Use your browser's back button and try again, or contact your technical support team."

Hi There,

I just signed up with that sign up and received the links. I am wondering if maybe you were experiencing an issue related to an update for Emma that was released late this morning. Could you give the sign up a try on your end? Be sure to use an email that is new to the system...otherwise you will get a "thanks for managing your preferences" message.

Hi Kristina! I'm jumping in here for Laura, since she's not in the office yet. 

I believe this is related to the lack of sender information in your sub-account settings. 



You'll need to add a sender name and email address here in account settings before you send an email, and not having them here can cause the error you're seeing. You can access this tab via the tools icon in the top right corner of your account. Just select Settings & Billing and choose the Sender info tab.
