I send out email blasts to a list that includes 366 contacts.  11 of those contacts always go to "error" due to delivery.  Several times I have changed them back to "active"; however, they still go to error every time.

I had our IT company add Emma to our SPF record, but that still has not helped solve the problem.  I have double-checked the email addresses to make sure they are correct and they are.  I have even tried to not use a lot of formatting in our newsletters, but that still hasn't helped.

I am not sure what to do!

Hello,

Angelo here with the Emma Support Team. Lets get this figured out!

You stated that you have already added Emma to your SPF record. I have checked out the sending domain in your account(@tricitiestnagc.org). On my side it doesn't show that e2ma.net has been added to the SPF record. Here's a guide to help you with this:
https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Account_how-to/Instructions_for_setting_up_Emma_as_an_autho...

Also, have you whitelisted Emma's IP addresses yet? This could be causing some delivery problems as well.

Check out this article here in our Resource Center:

This should help with some delivery issues.

Thanks,
Angelo

Angelo,

I had our IT company take care of the SPF record--I will reach back out to them and see what it's not showing up on your end.

I have not whitelisted Emma's IP addresses yet, but will take a look at that right now.  Thank you so much!
