Error Message: "Failed to publish emails for this autoresponder."

I'm trying to activate a new workflow and I get an error message "Failed to publish emails for this autoresponder." Not sure how to fix it. I'm on Chrome 40.0.2214.115.

Hi Jeff -- It looks like you've deleted all of the signup forms out of your Audience, but you'll need to have at least one active signup form in order to send any mailing, including an automated workflow. 

I undeleted one form just to test and was able to activate one of your workflows. I've deactivated that for now. You'll want to be sure those forms are appropriately adding your subscribers to the groups you've specified in your workflows by setting up a default group for each form.

Thanks Emily. That worked great. Unfortunately, another roadblock was waiting right behind it.

So we're using a Salesforce.com form to collect leads rather than an Emma form. Our team has built a little script that will take a lead and add it to an Emma group based on the information they choose in the form. That all appears to be working great and the new lead appears in Salesforce in the correct Emma group and it appears in the right group in the Emma web interface.

The problem is that I'm trying to automatically send an email as soon as that lead is added to the group and the workflow doesn't seem to be firing. I've set the trigger event for the automation to be "all" which I understand is when anyone is added to the group either by a form  or the add button or an API. Still no luck.

Any thoughts?
