Error Message in Click Tracking

This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies and is no longer visible to community members. The community moderator provided the following reason for archiving: EOL CLEANUP

A recent email's click tracking showed nearly all of the clicks going to myemma.com/404

However, I checked the actual email that was sent, and all of the links appear to be clickable and working normally. Why can't I see which links people clicked?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Laurie,

Phillip from Emma Support here! We've actually had a few other reports of this happening and are currently investigating it. Once I have some new information, I will be sure to drop back in and let you know what the issue is. Thanks for your patience in the matter and I will be in touch soon.

This has happened to me too, on my email titled: Journey - 7-6-17
How can I find the REAL metrics?

They are showing correctly in the "Click" tab or if you export the data.  It's just the map and list view that are having that issue.

Hi again - We still continue to experience this error, and it always seems to be the highest number of click-thrus of any of our links on the email. Cheers - Clark Hoskin

We are working on this still and we'll update when we get word.

For now, remember that the links themselves are working fine, and the tracking under the "CLICKS" tab and in exports are accurate.

If you had your links under images and DID NOT give the image alternate text, then the links will be reported under the image (you'll see the "cloudfront" link as the clicked link) in the dropdown list.

If you make sure to give your image links alternate text, that's how they'll show in the dropdown list.

Let me know if you have any questions and we'll keep you posted!

I just wanted to point out that the error only seems to happen for us when we do a Split Test for subject lines on our emails. On campaigns where we just send it out immediately, I don't see the errors.

Hey folks, a quick update here.  I checked in with my product team and the work to get this fixed is in our current sprint of work, so we're very close to having this resolved.  I'll post back on here once we get the fix out and confirmed!

We are seeing this issue with links showing 404. What is the update on a fix? The last update seems to be from 4 weeks ago.
