ERROR: No campaign displayed

I need to send an email in the next 10 minutes. I've clicked into the campaign I built yesterday but I am seeing a blank screen.

Refreshing, trying different browsers and computers don't work.

Urgent resolution required. This is not the first time this has happened.

Hey there, 

I popped in to 2 of your sub-accounts that showed recently edited mailings (Spire and Brayleys) and I was able to open both of them up.  

What browser are you using?  We recommend using Chrome or Firefox for working in Emma.  

Also, it might be worth clearing your cache and deleting your cookies on your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.
