Error when downloading an exported list of response opens

Operating System:  Macintosh OS X 10.12.4
Web Browser:  Chrome 59.0.3071.86

When I attempt to download a list of response opens, I get the following error message:
The page cannot be found.
The page you're attempting to access does not exist.

Thanks for reaching out!  

Typically if I have that issue, I just need to clear the cache and cookies on my browser.  If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.

You'll want to make sure you're logged in with the primary username on the account, which it looks like you are, but I wanted to point that out as well.
