Error with export files

When I go to the Exports page, my files are highlighted in red and have a status icon of a triangle with an exclamation point in it. What does this mean? There is no option to download the file. Thanks!

Hi There,
If an export is highlighted in red and has the triangle with exclamation point it means that the export failed. I checked in the account and see that you are trying to export a segment, which can sometimes have problems in the export process if it is larger or has more complex logic. Can you try copy the contacts in that segment into a group and then try exporting that group? That should allow you to get those contacts exported!
