Error exporting contacts from audience tab.

I am attempting to export my "error contacts" (when under the Audience tab) in order to resolve the errors. However, every time I click on the "Exports" under the settings button I get "There was an error getting the data you requested." Bottom line - it is not exporting my contacts. Please help.

Hi there, 

Are you still experiencing the issue today? I went into the account, exported the error members, and when I clicked on "Exports" I didn't get an error. What browser are you using? Does the issue occur when you try from a different browser, or after you've cleared cache and cookies? I'm working on Chrome and didn't have an issue. Does it happen if you access exports from another computer?
