Errors logging into or navigating within the Emma app

Good morning! We're seeing that there are error messages popping up for those trying to log into their Emma account. If you're already in your Emma account, you may see errors while navigating around.

Our Systems Team is digging into this to locate and correct the problem. I'll keep you posted here with news as I get it, and thanks so much for your patience.

Hi Aimee! There's no indication that your email campaign will be affected. We're seeing that folks have intermittent access now, if you want to try logging in to check in on your mailing, but you shouldn't need to reschedule it -- These errors are access-related and shouldn't harm your data.

Aimee, I just heard from our Systems Team that we don't expect scheduled mailings to be affected.
