Hello. I am evaluating Emma as a potential solution. I would like to send an automated email to all our customers that have not login to our PC app in the last 14 days. This last login information is stored in our Mongo Database driven by php. If I want to automate this, does it mean I need to use Emma's integration API (eg http://api.myemma.com/api/external/fields.html) and upload data to Emma each time our login data is updated?

Hi Simon,

Thanks for reaching out! You would definitely need to use the API to get the information from your database over to Emma. If you are using PHP there are a few community developed wrappers that should help speed up that development for you. You can find those here:

http://api.myemma.com/#api-wrappers

An important thing to note, is that the API is self supported so you'll want to make sure you are familiar with the documentation. That can all be found over here:

If we can help with anything else, give us a shout.

Cheers!
