Export Error Message

When I try to export any of my email lists, I keep getting an error message. I was wondering if someone could help. Thanks!

Hey there -- I think it's likely here that your just getting an error when trying to access the exports page. I can see that most of your recent audience group export attempts have completed successfully:



Can you try logging in via another browser and hopping to that exports page? If you can access it that way, a good old cache & cookies clearing is in order in your other browser. Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick!

I was able to export in another browser. So, I'll clean out my cache and cookies in my regular browser, and see what happens.
