My emma emails are no longer going over to facebook when I send them there following an emmablast. What do I need to do to correct this?

Hey Crossroad Campus!

In order to dig in, can you please let me know the specific steps you're taking?

After you send a mailing successfully, you should see the success screen with the options of posting to Facebook and Twitter. Is this where you're trying to post from?

If you have access to multiple Facebook pages, you will be able to choose the correct one from the drop down in blue (see above photo).

If you've taken the above steps, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Facebook account with Emma.

As a workaround, to post previously sent mailings, you can view the response data for the mailing you are hoping to post to Facebook, and then in the upper right hand corner, you'll see an option for opening the mailing as a webview. Click that option and then grab the URLonce it opens. You can then add that URL to your Facebook page when logged in to Facebook.

I would love any extra information that might prove helpful regarding your process!

Hey Lauren
Sorry didn't catch this. The emails go to my boss but I'm the one handling the issue and thus everything has been lost in the shuffle.
1) How do I " disconnect and reconnect" my facebook accounts in order to fix the first problem which was, when I'm trying to share an email after I send it, it says it went through, but never showed up online.

2) When you go to the bottom of our emails and it says " want to share this online" and then you have options to send via your instagram, facebook, twitter, but when you click any of them... it says " bad request, you asked something the server doesn't understand."

Hi there!

Damian here jumping in for Lauren!  You can disconnect from your Facebook account by clicking on the tools icon in the upper right corner and selecting Apps from the list.  On the Apps tab in your account settings, click on the Revoke Access button to disconnect your Facebook account.  You can reconnect with Facebook either by logging in when sharing a campaign after sending it or if you click on the Facebook tab in an image block pop-up.

Are you clicking the icons to share the email from your inbox?  Can you give me an example campaign name so that I can hop in your account and take a look?

I'll be on the lookout for your reply!
