When I schedule my mailing to be shared on Facebook and Twitter, it's being shared 24 hours earlier than I want it to be shared. It's happened three weeks in a row. Ive checked my dates and they're right.

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear that your Facebook sharing is firing off early. I'm currently looking at if this is an issue with the way our system is functioning. I did want to reach out to clarify a few things:

- How far out are you scheduling? Would you be able to provide a timeline that includes the day you schedule, the day it posts on FB, and the day it actually sends? Perhaps with just one particular example mailing.

- Would you be able to provide all mailings that were affected by this?

I'm going to circle up with some colleagues so we can take a deeper look at this and I will get back to you as soon as we can find some more information.

Thanks for your patience and we'll talk soon!

Zach

Hi. We're sending the email out Sunday evening at 7pm. I'm setting it up to share Monday morning at 7am. But it has been sharing Sunday morning at 7 instead of Monday. This week I set it to share Tuesday morning so it would actually share Monday and that seemed to work. It seems like the sharing function is off by a day for some reason.

Hi,

We've since been able to test on two separate Emma accounts / two separate Facebook accounts that scheduled share is functioning properly.

If you end up scheduling another share and see this issue again, would you be able to share details of the steps you take to set this up? I want to be sure we are not missing any steps.

Thanks!
