Filter for unique click numbers

Links in our emails regularly get total click numbers that are completely out of whack with the unique count—in one case, we had a recipient whose click was counted 685 times. Currently the only way to get the unique click numbers for individual links is to read all of the links' click-rates in the drop-down menu on the Clicks tab. There's no way to sort by unique clicks and quickly assess comparative link performance. If we could filter out duplicate clicks, it would provide link performance insight that can be accessed and shared easily.

Hi Nicole, thanks for reaching out! You are correct that currently you are currently able to sort those contacts within the response tab. There is a feature in app that you can use to get that same information. Creating segments will allow you to search those recipients that clicked, and it will only count that audience member once in that segment. There are a few different ways to create that segment. The first is with the segment builder. You can read more about that here:

The second way is to use the response page to create that segment. To do that, click on response, then select the mailing that we want to see the unique count for. Next, select "Clicks" and select the name of the link we want to get more information on. To the right of that drop down box you should see a button that says "Save this tab as a segment." Selecting that will automatically run the segment, and bring you into it so you can view the data. From there you can also export that information and save it as a CSV file to view in Excel or another spreadsheet program.

I've also submitted a feature request for you to expand the link click functionality within the response page itself.

I hope that was helpful! If you have any questions, let us know.
