Fixing contact profile information.

A large portion of my contacts have wrong information associated with the email. For example, there are emails that have the wrong names associated with it. This happened due to uploading an excel file that had a mistake. How do I update the contacts so that they have the right names? I have re-imported a master list in hopes it would edit each profile however it the names are still not matching up with the correct email. Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to clean up our list!

Hello Haley!

If you have a master list that is correct, you should be able to import that list to your Emma account and map the fields during the import process so that they are matched up correctly.

If you choose "Add and Update" on the import screen (as indicated below), the new data from the corrected spreadsheet will over-write the old incorrect data.
