I have a form set up through Formstack that is integrated with Emma. I want to set up a workflow that sends anyone who uses uses this form to sign up an automated email. This integration isn't showing up as a choice to select for email signups when I go to set up the workflow.

Hi Sarah!

You bring up a great question and I'd be happy to shine some light on how that integration will work with an automated workflow.

To get your workflow up and running, you'll want to select the All option at the top of the signup sources window. This is because the All option looks for members added through API calls and the Formstack integration uses our API to communicate with your account, so it falls into that category.

Now that you've selected All as the signup source for your workflow, we'll want to take a second look at the audience you have selected for this workflow. Since we are working with a non-specific option for signup sources, you'll want to use a specific group in the audience selection to make sure that the right people are receiving the mailing. An example would be you creating a "formstack" audience group that the contacts are being funneled into (along with any master lists you want them to be placed into) and use that as the audience for your workflow.

I hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any questions on any of this.
