Hello, we're using the drag and drop editor and noticing gaps between blocks of content in Outlook. I believe the version is 2013 but it could be 2010. It seems the issue could be solved by adding border-collapse properties to the underlying table styles and zeroing out the border, cellpadding and cellspacing of each of the table tags in each "chunk." But those pieces occur higher up in the nesting hierarchy are not accessible to us in the drag and drop editor. Can you please help solve this?

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Generally speaking, Outlook can render your emails differently than other email clients. Here are some helpful articles that explain the reasons for this:

Let's Talk About Outlook

Sometimes we find that if text is pasted into the drag and drop blocks, extra formatting or spacing can tagalong with your content. I'd recommend moving your cursor to the end of the text content and making sure that you've deleted space at the end of the block. Also, if you are copying and pasting text, use a text editor such as Text Edit, Notepad, or to paste your text through before pasting into Emma so that any formatting is removed.

If you have a particular mailing that you are looking at, I may be able to provide more specifics about that mailing. Please send along a screenshot or a mailing/template name and I'll be happy to look closer!
