Our new dashboard for partner accounts gives admins top-level averages and totals as a barometer for their clients' email marketing. We're opening up the beta group to get more input from Emma partner accounts. Some A's for your Q's below:

+ Does this pertain to me? Yes, if you log into your account and have a handful of sub-accounts beneath you at the master level.

+ What will be different? When you log into your agency or organizational account, you'll see across-account averages like this:

Notable account activity is highlighted in this way:

Keep track of which clients haven't sent recently:

More screenshots and information are here in the Resource Center.

Want in on the beta group? Let me know in the comments below!

Hi there! This dashboard is only available for partner users, which is a master-level account with a handful of sub-accounts beneath it (like a university with separate sub-accounts for each department).

You have what we call a standalone account, and this type of dashboard isn't available for standalone accounts. Yet, we are talking about what a dashboard would look like for accounts like yours, and I'd love to share your ideas with our Product Team -- Are you up for creating a new conversation here with the data and metrics you'd want to see surfaced on a dashboard?

Hi again, MedAltus! We have a dashboard for accounts like yours, called Home, in beta right now. Would you be up for me turning it on for your account?

Hi - I know that there are emails being sent from the sub accounts with really great open and click-thru rates, but all my results on my dashboard are 0. What's up?

Hi! Something sounds fishy here. I'm creating a new space for us to dig in and figure out why those numbers aren't showing up. We'll get to the bottom of this!

Please reference the new conversation here: Why doesn't my agency dashboard show my sub-accounts' stats?
