Using Firefox 45.0.1 - I am uploading a big chunk of HTML for our April newsletter as per usual. Never encountered this problem before: When I hit "save" to go to the next screen to either send test or actually send the newsletter I just keep getting, "Whoops, something went wrong. Please try again." So, I try again. And again. Nothing. No idea what it could be and no direction I could take. Not skilled with HTML so I don't know what on earth it could be.

Thank you for your help.

Hey Chris -- We're happy to take a look here. We'll need to know what account and mailing you're working in!

It sounds like the editor doesn't like something in the HTML you're attempting to save there. Have you checked out our HTML help documentation here and here

I'm working on an account with Perseus Books Group. I use this newsletter designer called SmartMail that's provided to us. And I've done this dozens of times with no error until this one. There's definitely something wrong with our HTML I just have no idea where to look.

Hi Chris,

Which mailing is it?
