Will the google analytics code for an email get passed through if a person clicks on a link that goes to a landing page created in Emma? I'm hoping so. If not, we may not be able to use the new landing page feature. Thank you in advance for answers, feedback and/or work arounds.
You can add Google Analytics formatting to links on your landing pages by clicking on Google Analytics in the upper right (when building a landing page in Emma).
This will format your links so that Google Analytics can better track clicks from the landing page to your website (in a similar manner to how links are formatted when using Google Analytics with a mailing in Emma).
Keep in mind that the tracking is still done on your website's end with Google Analytics; we're just formatting the links so Google Analytics can better interpret them. So clicks from an Emma mailing to your landing page would be tracked under your mailing's response in Emma, but would not be tracked by your website (since the click was from the mailing to the landing page, rather than from the mailing to your website).
