Gravity Forms Integration: API Key Not Working?

I've done the Gravity Forms integration with Emma a few times, but for some reason, can't get it to connect this time. The API Key that is generated in Account Settings isn't getting accepted in the Gravity Forms integration. I've regenerated and deleted the key multiple times, to no avail. I've also updated the Gravity Forms plugin in Wordpress. I'm out of ideas as to why this is happening. Please help.

Hi Tim,

It looks like you may have talked to our support team this week, but I wanted to circle back here as well! Aside from confirming your public API key and account number, there isn't too much we can do to troubleshoot this on our end.

You may need to reach out to Gravity Forms to find out if there is anything happening that could cause the issue. Their support page is here and they also have a solid FAQ page that may help, or try this article about Troubleshooting API Key Validation Issues.

Yes, nothing on that end. Seems to be a mystery. I'm planning on using a classic form from Emma rather than using Gravity Forms to complete this. 
Thanks for the update! Gravity forms doesn't seem to have an answer either. Our volume is low so we will manually important until we figure this out.
