We are on WordPress and using Gravity Forms + the Gravity Forms Emma add-on. I've completed the API setup successfully, without errors.

The add-on is not populating contacts into Emma, however. Is there a piece or setting I am missing?

Is there an additional plugin from Emma that I need to incorporate into the WP site?

Thanks in advance!

Hi! We are using the same plugin in WP and *love* it.  Hopefully I can help:

After you set up the API, you have to setup each form's integration individually.

So, while you are editing a particular gravity form, you have to configure the integration for that form in Settings  > Emma on that form.

Here's a screenshot of where that configuration should show up: https://www.evernote.com/l/AZaf3i1zHKBO07kqHMn-51npt5YcGkjBVhg

Hi there! It sounds like Lauren has you on the right path. I do want to add that the Gravity Forms integration was built by Gravity Forms, and we don't have any real way to support it. I did find their documentation that will guide you to making sure signups make it into the right group. You can find that here:
https://docs.gravityforms.com/emma-add-on/#setup-emma-feeds

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Cheers!
