Hard Bouncing for Valid Emails

One of my managers has been trying to send an email to a group, but are receiving hard bouncing for almost all of the emails. The emails that are bouncing are verified and valid (seeing as one of them is my own).

Hi Jessica -- I'm happy to take a look at the details in any specific sub account, but it sounds like this could be an internal delivery issue that is often resolved by whitelisting Emma's sending IP addresses. Is your manager sending from the same domain name as the receiving emails, for example emily@thrive.com to jessica@thrive.com? If so, it's likely that your server isn't recognizing that Emma is sending on your behalf. Passing those whitelisting instructions along to your IT team should do the trick!

Hey Jessica -- Yahoo and AOL have changed some of their authentication records for @yahoo.com, @aol.com and other related domains. You can read more about these changes and how they affect your delivery here. In general, you'll want to avoid sending from a yahoo address as it will continue to affect your deliverability.
