I'm wondering if its possible for replies from a campaign to come to a different person's email address than the person whose name/email the campaign came from?

For example, we want most of our campaigns to come from our Executive Director, but we don't want her to get bogged down with responses to the campaign, and would prefer if we could divert replies to those campaigns to another staff person's email, or at least have them be copied on the replies.

Thank you!

Hello, all! Good news: We've added the ability to have a separate reply-to address. You'll have access to this if A, you have a new Emma account, or B, you requested early access to our new Automation feature.

When on the Review & Send page, you'll notice a checkbox where you can set a separate reply-to address.

Click that, and a new field will appear for you to enter the separate address.

All Emma clients will have access to Automation and this new Review & Send page in the coming months, so stay tuned!
