Greg with Emma Support here!

When sending out a mailing, Emma starts sending almost immediately once you press the send button.

This happens so quickly that the mailing has already left our servers and is on its way to your recipients within seconds of you hitting send.

Once the mailing has left our servers, it cannot be retracted or changed.

If you do need to correct something, you might consider sending a followup mailing acknowledging and correcting the mistake. We're all human and most recipients are more than willing to forgive and forget. Depending on the nature of the mistake, it may even be a chance to make it a positive. I've seen multiple online retailers that use those "oops" followup emails as a chance to include a coupon and push sales.

I see that you've already sent a followup mailing so you're definitely on the right track. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll be glad to help.
