I'm playing around with the Toronto Template. At the bottom there are these icons that I want to link so you can click on the image but it won't let me do that.  help. :)  I want to link the icon, not the text.

Good morning Brandi! I’ve gone ahead and added those three icon images to your image library. So when you’re in the campaign you’ll want to click on the arrow image which will prompt you with the image pop-up window. And then select the arrow image from your library tab. You’ll then have the ability to include a link as you’ve been accustomed to. Follow the steps for the remaining two images and you’ll be set!

Hopefully this helps, but please let me know if I can assist further.

Ok now, the email button at the bottom.  How do I get that to when they click on it it will open their mail client and put a specified email address in the "to" form?

AND I'd also like to remove the title and date from the template as well, can you do that?

Hey Brandi! Sorry for the delay, but you can definitely link that image to an email address. Once you click on the image, in the give this image a link box you’ll want to enter mailto: and then the email address. So for example mailto:tyler@xyzcompany.com

Please let me know what you would like removed from the header on the Toronto Newsletter. Currently there are the two hard-coded text boxes and then the hard coded image box. Are you wanting all three of these removed?

Thanks!

Awesome Tyler thank you!!!

I would like the two text boxes removed. However, if there is an ability to chose to have them or not, that would be great also.  But I would rather not have them if I don't have that ability.

Thanks again!!

Hey Brandi! It would be all or nothing, so we can definitely have them removed. I can send a note over to my colleague to have this completed and there would just be a $25 fee to make those revisions to the template. Please give me the okay and I’ll get the ball rolling.

I would like my nav buttons across the top of the page, which I have in a table, I want the ability to be able to choose multiple columns or a single column layout without effecting the header and nav buttons.

Instead of Removing the two text boxes, can I replace that with one text box all the way across instead of two?  That way I can insert my nav buttons as I wish.  I don't want them hard coded.

Hey Brandi! This would fall to our design team to setup a tailored template. In this case using the Toronto Newsletter template and then having your desired changes made. You can request this through the form located here. There is normally a 1-2 business day turnaround depending upon the scope of the work.

Hopefully this helps, but please let me know if I can assist further.

The pricing ranges from $99-199 for a tailored template, but once you fill out the form you’ll hear from one of our design consultants and they’ll be able to present a more accurate price quote.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I can not submit a request without "approving the $99 fee".  I just want a quote, why can't I just submit a request for a quote?????

ARG! Very Frustrated!

Hey Brandi! No need to worry, you’re not going to automatically be charged the $99 just for clicking that button. As I mentioned prior the average range for a tailored template is $99-199, but you are not going to be charged anything until you have a conversation with one of our awesome design consultants to go over the details of what you’re wanting setup. They will then be able to provide you a price quote at that time and will only charge once you give the okay to move forward with the work.

Hopefully this helps clear up those frustrations, but please let me know if you have any questions.
