New to Emma and trying to delete some campaigns sent from my home page recent mailings view - can this be done? I've gone through campaigns and deleted, but they still show on my home dashboard. These were all internal; I've since learned the best way to send internally so as not to skew results is by sending as a test, correct? We just want a cleaned up dashboard since several of these sent don't matter to us. Thanks for any and all help!

Hi there!

The Dashboard is there to quickly show your campaigns sent in the last 45 days and give color-coded metrics of your response rates at a glance. Even if a message is archived in your sent folder, it will still appear on the home screen until those 45 days have passed. There is no way to delete these mailings from the Dashboard, unfortunately.

You are correct about the test group! This would be used at times when you're wanting to test out an email with a small group of people. They will receive a preview email to test out the layout and content, and the mailing will not appear in your main "Sent" folder or on your Dashboard, but in the "Test" folder on the Response page. You are able to create a test group of recipients with a maximum of 10 contacts. When creating the group, you simply check the box "This is a Test Group". Then from the Send Test page in the editor, you select your test group to send to!

I hope this helps explain our Home Page and test email processes. Please let me know if you need any clarification on anything!
