How can I change the background color of my email so I don't get the backdrop showing through between default segments?

Our email is using the blank template and we like that we can change the backdrop to a pretty neutral gray color and keep our blocks white, but there are gaps between the default portions of the email template (the header image and the footer image) that retain the backdrop coloring.  We'd like these "gaps" to be white also so our entire email was contained within the white box, with gray surrounding it.

Here is an example:

Hi Greg,

The Blank Template with Editable Header won't allow you to get rid of the space between the header, body, and footer areas of the template. You could use the Blank without a Header template, and simply use a top image block to house your header image- that would get rid of any gaps between your top image (in this case, your header image), and the body area, but wouldn't do anything about the space between the body and footer.

We do have an excellent design team that can easily assist in doing a revision to that template for you if you're interested! Simply fill out our online design revision form here, and someone from our services team will be in touch with a quote and project details.
