How can I disconnect a SurveyMonkey account from my Emma account once it's connected?

Hey there UW Platteville, 

Thanks for reaching out!  

Pro, Plus and Premium accounts have the option to disconnect from the Apps tab in the Settings And Billing section of the account.  

If you're an Agency or Organization account working in a particular Sub-account, then to disconnect, you'll want to log into your account, make sure you're IN the account you want to disconnect, then open a new tab on your browser window and paste in this link:
https://app.e2ma.net/app2/social/surveymonkey_disconnect/

You'll see a page pop up that simply says, "Account disconnected from SurveyMonkey", and the next time you drag in a SurveyMonkey block to a mailing, you'll be prompted to log in.
