I am a developer working with a client who has an agency account. She has a template that I believe was created by the Emma design services team. We want to edit the template to swap in new header and footer images. I cannot find any way to access the template code through the Emma interface. Please tell me where I can find a place to edit the custom template code directly, or a workaround to copy the template code into a fresh custom template. Thanks!

I'd like to know the answer to this as well, similar situation. In my past experience, I believe the only way to do this was to have an Emma in-house designer make the changes.

If it's true, there are probably (hopefully) good reasons for it but it still feels like a lock-in to using Emma's design services.

Hi!

The design team is always happy to provide the HTML for any purchased template upon request. All you need to do is send an email to services@myemma.com and request the HTML file of your purchased template. They will be glad to help!

I hope this helps and please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
