Hi there,

Not a problem! You can export your contacts by clicking on the Audience tab, and on the far right you'll see a few buttons: Column Display, Export, and Add Contact. If you click on the Export button, it will create an csv in your Export file. If you're wanting to export a group, on the Groups page, you can click on the dropdown menu to the far right of the group name and click on Export.

You can get to your Export folder by clicking on your name (or it may say "Account") in the top right corner of Emma. From there, you are able to download the export you just created!

I've also attached a photo to show where these buttons are located. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions!

Dear Caroline, thank you very much for your answer!
I am not sure whether I somehow managed to break my MyEmma or whatsoever - I just do not have this "Export"-button (screenshot). I remember that I had it earlier, but it ́s gone since a few weeks now. Did I miss an update?
I am sorry to bother you again and will be grateful for a hint...
Many thanks and kind regards!

So only the primary contact for the account is able to export data, as it is sensitive information. I would contact the primary contact of your account in order to get that export from them, or see if you can get their login information to do so!

Let me know if you have any questions about that!

It looks like Daniel Stoxreiter would be your contact.
