how can I stop the sync

Hi,

Is there a way to stop the sync in myEmma?

Hi there,

I suspect it may be too late to answer, but which sync are to referring to?

no, I setup the configuration on my sandbox. I want to stop that sync and setup the sync on production. I don't see any way to stop the sync.

So it looks like uninstalling the app is the only way to stop the sync. 
NOTE: Uninstalling the integration will remove all Emma associated data from Salesforce org.

To uninstall the package from your Salesforce account, please follow these steps:

  1. Click into "setup" in your Salesforce Org.
  2. In the setup search bar at the top of the left column, search for "installed packages"
  3. Click "installed packages" in the search results, and then click "uninstall" next to the "Emma Email Marketing for Salesforce" package
  4. At the bottom of the next page, chose whether or not you want to save a copy of the package's data after uninstall (you probably don't need to save a copy), check the box next to "yes..." and then click uninstall
