How do I access all historical unsubscribe information?

We have an ERP where we keep all business transactions, including contact info. We export the email list from there. We're changing territories for sales reps and I learned that we've never updated unsubscribe info in the ERP. How do we export that data for all lists from the beginning of time?

Hey there!

We actually spoke on the phone about this already, but I thought I'd make sure to post the details to this thread in case others come up with the same question.

In order to view all unsubscribes in your account, just head to the main Audience page, and look for the "View all contacts" button toward the right side of the page. Once you've got that open, you'll be able to select between the 3 mailing status tabs (Active, Error, Opt out), and you can even export any or all of those members using the "Export list" button on the right side of the page.

Here are some more great tips on customizing your view of the Audience area that should help make navigation a breeze.
