I have the HTML info from Ensemble Travel Group so I can create a custom email but when I got to send it, I get a message saying the following:
CAN-SPAM compliance: (required)CAN-SPAM requires you have an unsubscribe link. You will be unable to send until this is fixed.
How do I get an unsubscribe link added so I can send my email out?

Thank you
Robin

Hey Robin! You’ll need to use Emma’s unsub tag. To learn how, check out this Emma article: https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Cen...

I have tried this and it does show 'opt out' using True Remove but it still not letting me send my newsletter so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Are you using the HTML block or the "Code Your Own" editor?

If you're using the HTML block in the regular drag-and-drop editor and just pasting in some code, you may have some extraneous things in there that could be breaking the template frame.

Check out this doc:  https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Account_how-to/top-ten-html-tips

Normally when I see this in an HTML block, it's because there is a set of <body> tags in the code that you're pasting into the HTML block.

I'll pop in and take a look at your mailing too and see if I can see anything else.

Thank you Grey! Yes, I am using the drag and drop editor. This is my first time using code for a campaign from Princess Cruises. So this is basically a test to see if I can do it.

Cool, I made a copy of your latest draft mailing and it does look like that's the case.

If you have the full code for a mailing that you want to send out, you should be using the "Code Your Own" template instead of the regular mailing with the HTML block.  That works a bit different.

Otherwise, you would want to follow the instructions on that resource center article to clean up the code before putting it into the HTML blocks.

I also wanted to let you know that it looks like Travel Planners International requested that you reach out to them directly for support, so it may be better for you to reach out directly to them if you need further help with how to edit that code to get it in there.

Cheers!
