I just created several new sign up forms. How do I add all of them to the "Manage your subscriptions" form so users can select them? Each of the new sign up forms are published but it doesn't seem to show as an option in the "manage your subscriptions" form.
When you send your campaign, you can select which form Emma links to via that campaign. If not selected it defaults to the default sign up form. I don't think you can select "all" of them, only one per campaign. If you need your management form to be more robust/inclusive then your sign up form, you might want to create a separate one just for mailings. Or another direction might be to look for a way to combine your different forms into one.
