How do I add sign up forms to the manage preferences form?

I just created several new sign up forms. How do I add all of them to the "Manage your subscriptions" form so users can select them? Each of the new sign up forms are published but it doesn't seem to show as an option in the "manage your subscriptions" form.

Hey @Paladino,

When you send your campaign, you can select which form Emma links to via that campaign. If not selected it defaults to the default sign up form. I don't think you can select "all" of them, only one per campaign. If you need your management form to be more robust/inclusive then your sign up form, you might want to create a separate one just for mailings. Or another direction might be to look for a way to combine your different forms into one.

Where so you select the form for the campaign?  I have a campaign open and I can't seem to find t where you select the form you want to use.

Hey @The Carlton Hotel

It's on the "Review & Send" screen. Once you're done editing your campaign and ready to send, you'll find that setting on the bottom left of the page (under the screen shot of your campaign). I've attached an image. It's the option right in the middle. It will list out your "Classic" sign-up forms. You can choose your custom sign-up form or leave to your default.
