I unwisely put a 2015 logo in the banner image on an automated email signup response. I am unable to find a way to edit an already existing active autoresponder. Can this be edited, or do just have to create a brand new one?

Hi there UIC,

Thanks for reaching out!

We have actually stopped using the "Autoresponder" system in favor of our new "Automation Workflows" system that we released.  When we switched over to the Automation system, we didn't shut down anyone's Autoresponders, but we no longer have a way of editing them.

If you need to edit the mailing that's going out, you'll need to shut down the Autoresponder and create an Automation Workflow with that mailing.

You can find instructions on transitioning from the Autoresponder system here:

Please let me know if you need any more help!

Hey again UIC,

I also wanted to point out that one of the great features of Automation is that you can make edits to the mailings in an Automation workflow.

You will find the mailings in a new "Automated" tab under campaigns.  You can open them there and, when you've finished editing, publish the changes so they'll take effect going forward.

You can fine more info on that here:

Have a great day!
