I unwisely put a 2015 logo in the banner image on an automated email signup response. I am unable to find a way to edit an already existing active autoresponder. Can this be edited, or do just have to create a brand new one?
We have actually stopped using the "Autoresponder" system in favor of our new "Automation Workflows" system that we released. When we switched over to the Automation system, we didn't shut down anyone's Autoresponders, but we no longer have a way of editing them.
If you need to edit the mailing that's going out, you'll need to shut down the Autoresponder and create an Automation Workflow with that mailing.
