I don't see anywhere where you can delete the imported lists. What exactly are you trying to "start from scratch"?

Original reply:
Hello! Brandi here...

If you click on the checkbox next to "Group Name" in your audience list that will select all of your lists showing on that page, then you can delete selected clicking on the drop down box to the right.

Hope that helps! :)

Hi Music City Loft!

Brandi is correct that imported lists are not able to be deleted.  Is there a specific reason you would want this list deleted?

You can reply in this thread so we can get any questions you have answered regarding your import list.
Hello,

I am trying to import a new list for a different type of communication. This new list will have some of the same names but the content is different. How do I complete this task

Hi there!

Are you referring to the contact information is different or the content of the campaign is different?  When you import a list into Emma, you can select to update the contact info for existing contacts or just add new contacts.  If you are looking to import a list so that you can send a campaign, you can import the list into a new audience group and then send the campaign that has different content directly to the new group.

Let me know if you have any questions!
I tried that before I messaged the blog and received the message below

Error message This import failed because of an unexpected exception. Please try again, and contact us if you continue to experience problems.

Hi there!

I am happy to take a peek at the file you are looking to import.  Can you head to your Campaigns page and click on the Documents button towards the upper right of the page and upload the file you are trying to import.  What is the name of the audience group you want these contacts added to?

Give me a shout here once you have added the file to your Documents Library and I will jump in your account and take a peek.  I'll keep my eye open for your reply!
it's there now

Hi there,

I hopped in your account and took a look at your file.  The file needs to be formatted so that you have each piece of contact info in its own column.  I.e. a column for email address, First Name, Last Name, etc.  The file that you uploaded to your Document Library has all that information in the same cell and Emma is not able to read the information in that format.  You will want the file formatted as shown in the example below:

Once you have the file formatted this way, you should have no trouble importing it into your Emma Audience!  Let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can do to help!
Thank you so much. I didn't realize it was loading as a csv. My issue has been resolved.
