How do I contact the myEmma team for help or is this forum the only chance for help that I have?

When we signed on for this product, there was a chat function directly in the tool to get help. Now, there's not an obvious way to contact myEmma for support. Am I missing it somewhere? 

The Resource Center isn't as easy to find info as I'd hoped and this forum is the only other option in the tool. Pretty disappointing change and loss if I'm correct- and I hope I'm not!
