Hi Jiffy!

If the header is hard-coded into the template, then we'd need to make those changes for you as you wouldn't have access to that portion of the template from within your account. If that's the case, then just let me know the name of the specific template in question, what the old link is, and what you'd like it changed to and I'll be more than happy to make that change for you.

If it's not a hard-coded area of the template (i.e. if you're using a blank template, or a gallery template that allows you to swap the header image), then you can simply click on the image in the header and use the "Give this image a link" area in the Insert an image modal to update the link. More on that in our Resource Center here.

Thanks so much, and just let me know if you have a template with hard-coded links that needs to be updated- I'll be happy to help!

I do have a template that is hard-coded. It is called ASK THE VET-APRIL 2016. The links along the top are all broken http://www.haygain.us/ This is the website with the correct links that you can pull from.

Hi! I have a broken link in a hard-coded template header called FN-ASK THE VET-April 2016. CAn you fix this for me? The products tab should link here: https://shop.flexineb.us/ And the Dealer tab should be changed to "Dealer Locator".
Thanks!

Hey Jiffy Steamer Company!

I found the mailings you are referencing. The templates being used there are called 'NEW ASK THE VET' and 'Flexineb'.  Those templates were created by our Design Team, and because of the specific locations of the links needing replacing, our Design Team will need to make those changes. You'll just need to submit the design form to get the ball rolling on those revisions. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

Hi there -- You can access the design form here: http://myemma.com/design-revisions.

Adriane linked it for you above, but I admit the color of linked text in here is a little tricky to spot. :)

Since you have multiple edits to be made and we know at least a few of those will require our design team, submitting all of your edits via the form will be the most efficient process here. Thanks!

So when I use the link above, I can fill out the form, but it making me choose a a package like I'm a new customer. If I log in, I can't find the form.
