I am organizing a MyEmma account that has been active for many years. How can I find out when a contact list was created so that I can move it to the deleted holding area? I also have the same question for surveys. I could turn a bunch of surveys off, but none of them are dated.

Greg with Emma Support here!

We don't track the dates groups are created in Emma. You may want to go by when the contacts were last mailed to instead. You can view a contact's history by opening the group in your Audience, clicking the down arrow to the right of the contact, and selecting View this contact's history.

You can find out when a survey was published in your Response section. Your surveys are listed beneath your mailings. The date published is listed to the right of each.

Thanks for the instructions. I have clicked on numerous contacts under one of my groups I am considering deleting and it says: "Mailings

Mailings sent to this contact, and how they responded.

There aren't any items to see at this time."

What does that mean?

Hey there! Emma stores contact history for the last 18 months; if you're seeing 'There aren't any items to see at this time', it's because you haven't contacted them within that 18-month timeframe. If that's the case, it makes sense to delete them as they're not being contacted.
