I would recommend asking the manager of your agency account or calling Emma Support for assistance regarding your personal account (+1.800.595.4401).

After you've logged into EMMA, If you aren't seeing the SEARCH FOR AN ACCOUNT in the upper left you may need to do one of 2 things:
You may need to clear your cache and cookies or restart your web browser if the account does not appear in the nav bar. You can also open a Incognito Window to see if more shows up on your nav bar in EMMA when viewing via an incognito window.
I'm on a mac, using a Chrome browser, so going to File > Open Incognito Window, worked for me.
