Hey there!  There are a couple of things at play here that I'll walk through:

1. When a mobile device links that out to apple maps or google maps, this is going to happen in one of two ways.  Either the device is doing it automatically because it recognizes the bit of text as an address OR someone has manually put in a link to a specific map (either google or apple maps).

2. In Emma's default templates, the address in the footer is designed specifically so that it will NOT link out, since that changes the format of the text and most people don't want that.  The way we do that is to go ahead and link that text out to nothing and force format it correctly.

3. As an agency account with access to our Template Builder, you're free to adjust the code in the footer to manually put in a link to the map you want, or simply replace the "href" tag, allowing the device to automatically create a link.

4. If you don't feel comfy adjusting the code, we can add in a specific link for you here in support.  Just send the link along with the template that you want that added to.   Replacing the href tag would be outside of what we can do here in support, but our design team could help you put that together if you wanted to let the device "automatically" link it out.

5. You could always reach out to our design team if you're wanting to put something fancier together and you'd like help with it.  You can reach them at http://myemma.com/design-revisions .

Let me know if you have any questions!
