Hi there! You can definitely publish a campaign on your website with working links by using the webview version of your mailing.

If you head to the Response page of your account, you can click on the name of the mailing you'd like to publish on your website, and click on “Open webview in a new window”; this will open the webview version in a new tab and you can then post that link on your website. Please note that the mailing must have been sent to appear in the Response tab.

The webview is available for 18 months after a mailing has been sent, and then the link will expire. If you'd like to save a mailing for longer than 18 months, we suggest saving it as a PDF. You can achieve this by taking that same webview link and going to PDFcrowd or HTML to PDF to convert that online URL to a PDF. Alternatively, you can just save as a PDF from your print menu.

That should do the trick. Feel free to give me a shout if you have any follow-up questions!

Also, I've slightly tweaked this topic's title so that others with the same question can find this thread :)

I'd also just like to point out that there is another way you can save your mailing as a pdf - although this way your links won't work.  You can always use the "Save as PDF" feature located in the top right corner of a mailings Response page.  You can find the detailed steps here!
