I'm looking to identify star users across multiple groups who are reading a lot of our content. Can you give me step by step on how to do this? thanks

Hello!

I am consulting with my team about this...and maybe Services too. The only way that I can think of would involve a ton of segments, turned into groups and then segmented again. I am hoping there is an easier way. I will let you know what I find....

There really isn't an easier way (leading with the bad news):

1. Save segments of the opens for the past 7 mailings (hopefully that is enough to get a the folks you are looking for...otherwise you can save the opens for all mailings over the past year). You'll go to Response, Opens and Save as Segment

2. Once that is done, you can either: Export the lists and then combine them to create an import of all that have opened at least 5 emails in the past year...

OR...you can copy them all into the same group and send to that group.

Either way, you end up, roughly, with the list you are searching for. The nice thing about the export option, is that you can do a sort with the file and delete any emails that show up less than 5 times.

I have put an easier way of doing this in as a feature request.

I hope that helps!
