I've been testing the automation to send out birthday emails and I would like to change my original subject line. When I go in to change it, I make sure I click "save" and "publish" so that it will update, but when the email gets sent, it still has the original subject line. The weird thing is when I send a test email, I get the updated subject line. How do I update the subject line so that it is reflected when the real email goes out? Please do not go into my account and fix it for me. It helps me better if I am given step by step directions. Thanks!

Hi there!

You can change the subject line for a mailing that exists within a workflow from the the workflow editor.  Head over to your Automation tab and select the specific workflow that contains the mailing with the subject line you'd like to edit.

Click on the orange mail icon next to the mailing and you'll see a tab on the side will pop up which will allow you to change that subject line.  Once you've pressed confirm, be sure to save the workflow in the top right of the screen (behind the pop-up tab).  This will update the subject line.

I've attached a screenshot to explain the process  :)
