Once I send now or schedule a send, about how long does it take the system to actually deploy, on average? For instance, if I want my emails to reach inboxes around 10am on a Tuesday, to approx 5k contacts, when should I actually start the Send function?

Hi there,

Each mailing you send takes just a few minutes to prepare before heading out the door. During this brief window of time (often just a few seconds), your mailing will display as building on the "In progress" tab of the Response page. If you want the emails to reach inboxes at 10am, sending the email at 10am (immediately or scheduled), will get most of them to the inboxes at 10am or within 5 minutes of it.

The receiving server does determine the speed of delivery to the inboxes however, we have more info about that here: http://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Account_how-to/understanding-delivery-at-the-server-level

Let me know if you have any questions!
