- A customer can visit an older Emma mailing they may have received and select the confirm opt in button in the footer area to move them back to opt in status.
- With written permission from the customer you are able to use a classic signup form to opt them back in as well. This can be done by navigating to audience > forms > signup form > publish this sign up form > visit the top URL that generates & sign them back up.
Finally, if a recipient were to forward an Emma mailing using their inbox's forward function and *that* recipient opts out, it would simply opt the forwarder out instead. The best way to forward is by using the mail icon at the bottom of an Emma mailing.
